From the hosts
We've spent the last few years embedded inside CAMEL-AI, Qdrant, and CoralOS, watching what AI is doing to GTM up close. The people doing the real work are scattered, alone in their orgs.
Most of what gets called “agentic GTM” right now is theater. LinkedIn carousels, demo-night vapor, prompt-wrapper SaaS dressed up as research. We wanted a place where the actual work could happen, and the actual people could find each other.
Scale House is that place. SF and London. That's where this shift is being figured out, and nobody else is running both. The lab forward-deploys from here; the community lives in it.
We're cohort zero. The first 12 residents and 6 founding partners shape what this becomes. We'd rather build it with people who refuse to perform.
