# Scale Intelligence > A digital twin of your whole market: your buyers, your rivals and you. Find your next best move, then run it with your own agents or our GTM engineers. A digital twin of your whole market. Scale Intelligence is a market intelligence platform for B2B go-to-market teams. ## Product - [Market Signals](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/product/market-signals): We watch your buyers, your rivals and your own data at once, across 75+ sources: hiring, funding, leadership changes, posts, reviews, Reddit threads, site visits and your CRM. Every signal is dated, comes with its evidence, and is linked to the people, accounts and rivals it touches, so you see how one move ripples through your market. - [Buyer Intelligence](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/product/buyer-intelligence): Signals add up per account and per person on a ladder of buying stages. Noise is filtered out, what is left is scored, and the strongest buyers are routed as leads with the reasons attached. - [GTM Alpha](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/product/gtm-alpha): GTM Alpha reads both sides of the twin, scores every opportunity against your strategy, and ranks what to do next. Each play is tested against accounts you left alone, and every result re-ranks the rest. You decide; it ranks. ## Solutions - [GTM Engine](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/gtm-engine) (Managed): Your whole go-to-market, run as one system that learns. Our engineers build it around your business: the twin, GTM Alpha ranking the moves, and agents running them across every channel. ## Use cases - [TAM mapping](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/tam-mapping) (Self-serve or managed): Every company and buyer in your total market, sized and mapped, with the rivals around them and where the gaps are. - [Signal-based outbound](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/signal-based-outbound) (Self-serve or managed): Reach buyers the moment they show a buying signal, with the right person and a reason to write. - [Reddit marketing](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/reddit-marketing) (Self-serve or managed): Find the subreddits your buyers read, what they ask there, and the threads worth joining, then show up with something useful. - [ABM](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/abm) (Managed): Rank the accounts worth winning, map who decides inside each one, and run the plays to reach them. - [GTM strategy](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/gtm-strategy) (Managed): Find your fit, then plan how to win it, before you spend. We map your market and you, find the segment and offer it wants, and lay out the moves. - [Competitive intelligence](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/solutions/competitive-intelligence) (Self-serve or managed): Know what every rival is doing, who engages with them, and where you can beat them. ## Free resources - [Find the problems your buyers post about on Reddit](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/reddit-buyer-pain-finder) (Free tool): A free snapshot of the pain themes your buyers raise on Reddit, with how often each comes up and links to the source threads. ## Two ways to run it - Self-serve: Connect the MCP to Claude, Codex, Cursor or your own agents, and run the plays yourself. Every feature, on your whole market. - Managed: Our forward deployed engineers build it around your business and run it with you: one motion, or your whole go-to-market. ## Case studies - Grow a community of ICP buyers: 100K+ community of ICP. We map your whole market: every company, buyer and rival, how they buy and where the gaps are. Then we track every change. 2. Calculate: We game out the plays and rank your next best move, with the evidence behind it. Fail for free in the model, not in the market. 3. Move: Your team or your agents make the move, through your CRM, LinkedIn, email, ads or Slack. 4. Learn: Every result feeds back into the twin, so the next move is sharper than the last. ## Who it fits Our data is strongest for companies selling technical products and services. Other markets start with a custom signal report. Strongest fit: Developer tools, IT services, Cloud infrastructure, Cybersecurity, B2B GTM agencies. ## FAQ ### What do I actually get? A live map of your market: every company and buyer in it, the rivals around them, and the buying signals each one is giving off, ranked with the evidence behind them. You get it inside Claude or your own agents through our MCP, in Slack, as a spreadsheet, or set up with our engineers to flow into your CRM. ### Can I see sample data before I buy? Yes. We share sample rows from your own market and walk your team through how they were found, so you can check the logic for yourself before any pilot. Every number comes with the page and the date it was read from. ### Where does the data come from? The public record around your buyers: communities like Reddit, LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, company filings and annual reports, funding news, events, and public spending and grants, plus your own CRM. Sources differ by market, and we build the connector when one is missing. ### How fresh is it? Monitors read your market every day, and every signal is dated. Some signals, like breaches or outages, surface late by nature, so we favour the early ones, such as hiring, leadership changes and funding, which tell you about a buyer before they start looking. ### Do you run it, or do we? Either. Run it yourself by connecting the MCP to Claude, Codex, Cursor or your own agents (self-serve is in beta), or have our forward deployed engineers build it around your business and run it with you. ### Will anything go out without our approval? No. We agree the strategy with you before anything runs, you approve every message before it is sent, and you see every move in a shared Slack channel. Your most important accounts are never automated. ### What results have you had? Our LinkedIn micro campaigns for a B2B services firm reached reply rates of up to 89%, against an industry average of about 10%, and we filled four workshops in six weeks with senior engineers for CoralOS. Both are written up as case studies on our blog. ### How long does it take to get started? Kick-off usually takes about a week. We need your ICP, your case studies and what makes your offer different; for LinkedIn outbound, access to the account that will send. ### What is a buying signal? Any event that could indicate a buyer’s needs, timing or intent: a relevant discussion, GitHub activity, engagement with a competitor, a new executive, hiring, event attendance, website behaviour, or a dormant CRM account becoming active again. ### How is Scale different from an intent data provider? Intent data tells you a company might be in market. Scale ties each signal to the specific person and company behind it, scores them on fit, intent, timing and recency, routes the next action, and measures which signals and plays actually create pipeline. ### Does it replace my CRM or outbound tools? No. Scale works alongside your existing CRM, Slack and GTM tools and sends opportunities into them. You can also reach it from your own agents via MCP. ### How much does it cost? It depends on how you run it. Self-serve plans are billed monthly and run on credits; managed builds are scoped to your market on a call with our engineers. ## Blog - [Micro campaigns in B2B services: 89% LinkedIn reply rates, 8x the average](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/blog/signal-outbound-b2b-services.md): How small, high-intent LinkedIn micro campaigns hit 70–89% reply rates for a B2B services firm, against an industry average of about 10%, and how setters turned the replies into booked calls. - [Alpha: The Economic Driver of GTM](https://www.scaleintelligence.dev/blog/alpha-economic-driver-of-gtm.md): Every revenue channel is underpriced before the market finds it.
